Anyone experiencing this error on chatGPT?

An error occurred. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com.

I haven’t been able to use it for days now. The customer support is basically unresponsive. I guess they can’t keep up.

    It may be just that chatGPT is on full capacity and can’t serve you. If that’s the case, you just have to be patient or subscribe for the plus package.

    Sometimes VPN can also cause this issue. If you are using a VPN, try to disable it.

    You can also try to clear your browser’s cache. Or try the followings:

    – Logout and login to your ChatGPT account again
    – Try using chatGPT with a VPN from different location
    – Try using ChatGPT in Incognito mode
    – You can try to register a second OpenAI account
    – Avoid using ChatGPT during peak hours
    – Subscribe to ChatGPT Plus
